Phil's background includes being a Member of the Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA) State Committee for over 20 years and has held senior positions such as National Director and National President. As Chairman, Phil works with the TMS Executive team at a strategic level, overseeing TMS's strategic direction and growth.

Gary Marshall founded TMS Asia Pacific in 1994 and has an extensive travel industry background including Travel Agency ownership and management consulting. As CEO based in Singapore, Gary's role is overseeing the global growth of TMS Asia Pacific, primarily in the developing Asian Markets. He has a firm focus on company direction incorporating potential acquisitions and recruiting of senior international team members.

Andrew Chan joined TMS with the responsibility of building recruitment services for the Travel, Tourism & Hospitality industries across Asia. Andrew commenced his career in a travel agency and then the airline industry in Australia, working with Cathay Pacific and Singapore Airlines in customer service and sales roles developing growth from passenger Sales & Marketing and group and incentive activities.

Ainslie Hunt joined TMS Asia Pacific in 2004, after a successful career within Wholesale Travel in Sales, Account Management and Business Development. Ainslie is GM Australia & New Zealand, where she drives the business from both a travel industry and recruitment perspective. Ainslie is closely connected to partners within the travel and HR arenas, she promotes the importance of educating the travel industry on the ever changing human capital market.
