In 1994, TMS Asia Pacific commenced business as Travel Management Services in Sydney, Australia and now has additional offices in Brisbane and Melbourne, as well as in Auckland, New Zealand.

In 2004, TMS Asia Pacific established a foothold in Asia with the founding of a Singapore office. In 2006, TMS opened its representative office in Shanghai and in 2007, its Hong Kong office. The Bangkok and Beijing offices followed shortly. TMS is now positioned to move forward to establish offices throughout Asia specifically in the key markets of Greater China (including Hong Kong and Macau), Japan, Korea and Thailand.

TMS Asia Pacific offers a wide range of recruitment services, including Executive and Permanent Recruitment, Contractors and Temporary Recruitment (Flexible Workforce). Furthermore, TMS also offers Human Resource outsource solutions incorporating Payroll Administration, Salesforce, Outplacement, Modular Recruitment and Psychometric Appraisal on behalf of their clients.
