Phil Hoffmann has been a significant industry player for many years and brings a wealth of industry expertise to the TMS Executive Team. Phil's background includes being a Member of the Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA) State Committee for over 20 years and has held senior positions such as National Director and National President. As Chairman, Phil works with the TMS Executive team at a strategic level, overseeing TMS's strategic direction and growth.

Gary Marshall founded TMS Asia Pacific in 1994 and has an extensive travel industry background including Travel Agency ownership and management consulting. Currently based in Bangkok, Gary's role is overseeing the global growth of TMS Asia Pacific, primarily in the developing Asian Markets. He has a firm focus on company direction incorporating potential acquisitions and recruiting of senior international team members.

Andrew Chan joined TMS in 2005 and has previously served as Managing Director – Asia before being appointed to his current role. He is responsible for overseeing all business operations across all offices and providing the strategic direction for the company. Andrew commenced his career in a travel agency and then the airline industry in Australia, working with Cathay Pacific and Singapore Airlines in customer service and sales roles developing growth from passenger Sales & Marketing and group and incentive activities.

Thomas Lim commenced his career as a Tour Consultant and has cultivated over 13 years of extensive hands-on experience in sales, operations and product development. He has been recognised for his outstanding contributions to the Singapore travel industry by numerous awards, including the Tourism Host of the Year in 1997 and 1998 and the Excellence Service Award in 2000 and 2001. Besides overseeing daily operations in the TMS head office, Thomas is also responsible for driving overall commercial strategy, developing special partnerships and initiating innovative business initiatives.
