Reporting to the Global Account Manager, you will step into an expanding and unique travel company with rapid growth plans and global targets. On a daily basis, you will partner with customers through exceptional customer service and account management to support them through their business lifecycle.
You will manage, train and motivate a small team of internal account managers, who are the first point of contact for existing customers within the portfolio. You will effectively conduct business reviews, schedule training programs and assess attrition risks. You will be empowered to make commercial decisions. You will enjoy educating and empowering customers with a positive.
