Role Description

As Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the business. Your responsibilities will include ensuring travel processes are flawless and adhered to by all staff, performance management, training, motivating the team and leading by example. You will be the point of contact for all key clients and support your team by travel consulting when called upon.
