Role Description

In this opportunity, you will be responsible for managing a team of Corporate Consultants. Assisting your team with their day to day tasks will be the norm but bringing that passion for the Travel Industry will set you aside from the rest. My candidate ideally wants an experienced travel industry professional who loves managing people, who thrives on motivating, encouraging and inspiring their team to deliver results and to lead by example. If you do not have travel industry experience, it is even more imperative that you are a strong, dynamic leader with great intuition and you are able to build relationships with all types of personalities. Someone who is able to take charge and own their leadership role. Either way, you will be a super-star at rallying up your team to follow you in your pursuit to building a team-work culture and a positive environment to work in.

Skills

• Previous experience as a successful leader required, preferably within the Travel Industry, however superstars outside of Travel will also be considered

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• A passion for customer service and committed to exceeding expectations

• Experience with Sabre/Tramada preferred but not mandatory (more than happy to cross train)

• Must be able to priorities tasks, manage time efficiently and have excellent organisational skills

• Experience with accounting principles associated with consulting

• Committed to developing your team with effective coaching in order for team members to thrive

• Switched on individuals who know how to work productively but still know how to have a great time
